I have finally landed! After spending the last month doing consulting I have accepted a position with Wasatch Advantage Group in downtown SLC. They are a real estate development company focusing on office and 'for rent' development projects. I will be helping them entitle and develop their existing inventory and find new projects.
I am excited to start with this new company but am still working on a park master plan in Salem and will need to finish that up while I start this new job. So I will be very busy.
Anna is happy to have the office back. We actually divided the office in half today and created one work space for Anna and one for me.
This experience has been a good reminder of the importance to live below your means, stay out of debt and have a good chunk of cash accessible for emergencies.

Adam,
My favorite son-in-law!
Congratulations on the new job. I have confidence in you and was never worried (although you probably put in a brief moment or two).
I like your comment about living within your means. Its advice a good portion of America should listen to.
You're doing a great job with your family.
I love you.
Mark
